Updates to the streaming platform and website

• Updated stream deliver mechanism so that it's based on json.  There are no visual changes with this update.  This update is to position the streaming platform for future integrations by 3rd parties.
• Updated javascript references so they are all being delivered from the StreamText web servers.  This was to address an issues with some firewalls (mostly schools) not allowing downloads of javascript files from 3rd party web servers.
