Connector Updates

• Return of "True" and "False" to indicate connection status.
• Ability to encrypt connection from the writer to the service
• Ability to connect to a local TCP port and have that redirected to StreamText

Admin Website updates

• Change to prevent writer's session from timing out while they are writing for an event.  Have been reports of writers coming back to stop an event and having to log in again.
