Admin website updates Made an update to disable the start button after it's been initially clicked. This should keep users from clicking it multiple times and creating events that get stuck in a "Pending" state.

Connector Updates The last update we did removed the Minimize button from the Connector if you were writing to a COM port or to a Local TCP connection. We've corrected this oversight and you can now minimize the window again.

Connector Updates Return of "True" and "False" to indicate connection status. Ability to encrypt connection from the writer to the service Ability to connect to a local TCP port and have that redirected to StreamText Admin Website updates Change to prevent writer's session from timing out while they are writing for an event. Have been reports of writers coming back to stop an event and having to log in again.

Updates to the streaming platform and website Updated stream deliver mechanism so that it's based on json. There are no visual changes with this update. This update is to position the streaming platform for future integrations by 3rd parties. Updated javascript references so they are all being delivered from the StreamText web servers. This was to address an issues with some firewalls (mostly schools) not allowing downloads of javascript files from 3rd party web servers.

StreamText Connector Updates Added ability to write to different environments. Environment name is reflected in the connection group box header. Cleaned up behavior with handling of serial ports during start-up. Cleaned up behavior around deleting serial ports when changing serial ports to write to. Made a change to address lagging issue with long running events and writing to the application window.

Update so that all organizations now have the ability to use the Adobe Connect Caption Pod publisher Update to be able to set the line length on the Adobe Connect Caption Pod publisher. This allows you to send longer lines into the caption pod. The default line length is 32 characters.

Updates to the Connector application to hopefully resolve the problems that some writers have been having during the startup of the application. Updates to the Timed Text document handling. With some events, we were unable to download the document. This issue was identified and fixed with this update.

Updated the Timed Text editor to allow for event searching when downloading an event document. Previously, you had to know the id of the event in order to download the time stamped version. Updated the Timed Text editor to save the user name and password when signing into download a timed text file Updated the Connector to report error conditions so that we can better troubleshoot support issues.
