Viewing Events Included on Your Invoice

When we generate invoices at the end of every month, the date on the invoice is always the last day of the month and the quantity is the number of minutes for the entire month. In order to see a detailed list of events included in an invoice, please follow these steps.

  1. Log in to
  2. In the left hand menu, click on "Invoices"
  3. Select the Month and Year of the invoice
  4. Select "View Events" to retrieve the list of events.
  5. Optionally, click on "Export Events" to get the list in Excel format that you can save to you computer for further analysis.
