Changing your email address

To change your email address please do the following. 

1. Log into https://admin.streamtext.net as you normally do.
2. Look for your name in the upper right hand corner and click on it to drop down a menu of options. Select "My Profile" from the top of the list.
   
3. Select "Edit Profile" and update your email address.
4. Now go to your connector and click on "connection settings" and sign in with your new email address. This is important if you do not do this you will not be able to connect to your events.

*****If you update your password and it does not change then that email address is already in use as a StreamText.Net account. You will now need to combine accounts instead. Please go here for instructions.
