For a normal automatic captioning session you will also have the following charges on your invoice. It will show ASR minutes and Audio minutes.
- $0.25/min for the ASR writer
- $0.02/min for audio connection
Beginning 05/01/2025 the price with one audio connection will be $0.27/minute when the ASR and audio are active. Typically the ASR minutes will be equal or higher than the audio minutes because of disconnecting before the event is stopped.
Make sure to stop the event from the Dashboard using the stop link. Disconnecting the audio does not stop the event or the billing.
ASR usage is not refundable except in rare exceptions and we do not offer free on boarding for ASR usage. If your ASR credit is approved you will be charged 30% of the ASR minutes used and credited for all of the streaming Minutes.

We do not record or use your audio or content for AI training. Currently we are using the following service from Google - V1 API Standard model without data logging (sku:FD95-66F5-3F5F).
